With more than 20 years of experience, Ana Persiani is the visionary leader of the AviatDo consulting group. She is an Industrial Engineer with a Master's in Finance from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA) in El Salvador.

 

She spent more than ten years at Avianca, formerly TACA, in different positions that allowed her to learn the industry's nuances and seek ad-hoc solutions to emerging needs. Ana also has extensive experience in sales and business development, specializing in the introduction of new technologies in the market, having worked for Mechtronix Inc. and TRU Simulation and Training as Sales Director for the Americas and for Aireon, as Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, seeking state-of-the-art solutions that allow the industry to reduce its accident risk rates through the implementation of satellite surveillance.   

Ana is a member of the Advisory Board at the International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA) and continuously seeks to influence the professional growth of other women by promoting gender equality campaigns, among others.
